ask Pjiang and 863211: DSP 5 export control license

刚刚到新东家上班不久。昨天老板说想让我参加做一个美国军方的项目（ITAR
controlled）。要公司的legal department给我申请一个DSP5 export control
liscense. 请问有人办过这个吗？

如果办了的话，以后回国h1b返签的话是不是100% 要被check了？

多谢有经验的人指点下。
