我刚为在国内的brother办了移民。我是先交$70 Affidavit of Support (I-864)fee，and My brother交了DS-3032表， 就可以在网上download Affidavit of Support (I-864)表，按要求填好上交了。

我是到 NVC site （https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx） 查看我的交费情况和 I-864 的填写/辅助材料要求。并从website 打印
1）Document Cover Sheet
2）Payment Receipts for Affidavit of Support

填好 I-864， 和 1），2）一起上交NVC就可以了。

下一步，我才交$400/per person 的 visa processing fee。
