dependent's green card

Green card application was sent 2005. Main applicant received the green card on 2007 based on NIW. The dependent's green card is still pending. Now the priority date is current. but the main applicant is no longer working in the research field (after 1.5 year received the card). will the USCIS send the REF and asking evidence for the main applicant to show that she is still working in the same field?
