If I travel again after my new AP is approve, would you please explain a little more on how I can re-file a new I-485 if later my current I-485 is denied?
Now I'm working using EAD. I assume I can't continue to work during the period between old I-485 denied and new I-485 is filing, isn't it? Do I have to leave US in order to re-fill I-485?
Another question is shall I apply H1B visa thru my employer as a backup plan? will it affect my current I-485? I'm afraid it makes things worse.
