请教：加拿大绿卡申请美国绿卡

住在加拿大，有加拿大绿卡，在美国工作，Ｈ1；现在准备申请美国绿卡，准备NIW和EB1一块弄。但是我住在加拿大，这种情况申请美国绿卡时有没有什么需要注意的地方？我需要在美国租apartment吗？
