给爸妈办绿卡, 要做出生公证,婚姻公证.他们去国内的公证处咨询,工作人员提醒他们说对于婚姻公证,各个国家要求不一样,有的3个月的有效期,有的半年, 请问美国对于这样的公证有时效的要求吗? 如果有就不能提早办了.
