回复：请求PIJIANG大师意见

我的485 是07年七月递交的，NIW140已批准，去年九月递交了EB1A I-140，到现在还没批，service request给回复说，要additional review,需要再等6个月。
-This is the normal response and that does not mean your case needs 6 months to be approved (may less or more).

有两个问题请问大师：
1 什么是I140的additional review？
-No special meaning.
有什么办法可以催他们吗？
-Pay $1000 extra to request premium processing.

2 我办绿卡主要为了孩子在这里念书，我自己肯定回国。他现在大二，有工卡。如果让他持工卡在这里上学，我可以回国工作吗？
-If your kid get the GC, he of course can stay in US permanently. Before that, you need to stay in US with him.
