皮匠老师和863211老师:can I do a realtor or loan officer job in NJ?

I'm a H1B holder and my current job is farely stable, I want to a 2nd job. My I-485 was pending almost 2 years. Never apply and use EAD. My question is: If I apply and use EAD to be a loan office, is that will harm my GC??
