Hi, sorry to bother you. Could you please give me some advices on the problem as following? Thanks so much.

J豁免表DS-3035， 有一项是“ Is there any period of time in the US that is not covered by DS-2019 or IAP-66 form”
因为前面在 理由陈述里已经说明需要更多的时间完成课题， 我不知道这里是指“现在已经超过DS2019规定的时间” 还是“将来需要更多DS2019没cover的时间”？ 不知道该yes还是no？
