Pjiang and 863211, do I need to renew H1 visa?

NIW priority date------ Oct. 18, 2005

Current H1 visa expiration date----Jun. 30, 2010
(Holding H1 status since 2002)

Current EAD expiration date-----Jun. 01, 2011

Job Status---- Same job for years and be stable right now.

I 485 case process--- clear background check and wait for the visa number.

Haven't decided if to renew H1, your opinion will help to make the decision soon. Thank a lot in advance.
