Ask 863211 and Pjiang for help on details!

Hi Teacher 863211 and Pjiang,

Two more questions regarding my dad application for GC from China.

1) In NVC letter we received, there is a typo with my dad's address in China. We are required to send the correct address back to NVC immediately. Since under the same address with different kinds of addressees from NVC letter, would it be ok for us to send to the address without addressee as following in your opinion?

2) Regarding Form DS-3032
I will email the letter to my dad, and he will sign and date on the Form.

a) Does he have to mail the DS-3032 to NVC directly, OR b) he can mail back to me and I will mail it to DS-3032 to NVC at the following address for him?
Any experience on this one? you would choose answer a) or b)?
