1. If the person in Part 3 is outside the United States or a requested extension of stay or change of status cannot be granted, give the U.S. consulate or inspection facility you want notified if this petition is approved.

如果受益人在国内，填北京美国大使馆地址，以及受益人的中国地址。
如果受益人在境内，可填一个美国在加／墨的领馆地址，以避免长途跋涉之劳。参见出境＂激活＂签证。

如果申请人在美国境内，这个问题可以空着不填吗？我的律师说美国领馆地址和中国地址都要填，还是想问问老师，心里踏实！谢谢
