you should call USCIS directly to ask the representive to issue a service request.(i bet even if you talk with your lawyer, he will do the same thing). My EB3 with PD of 1/24/2003 missed all the current dates in the past years just like your did. I called USCIS 4/1 at 9:00am and the lady representive was very nice and felt sorry that i had to wait such a long time ( of cause i started and carried the conversation with her very respectfully and nicely). I just could be not believe that two and half hrs later my cases including wife and daughter got approved.

I understand it may be related to my call, but at least it won't hurt.
