My NIW was approved in Aug 2007, thus my priority date on I-140 was 08-2007.

This Feb,my EB1b application was approved also. However, the priority date on the EB1b I-140 approval notice was the same as NIW'S, 08-2007. Therefore,my I-485 application was rejected since they thought my priority date is not current. What can we do?
-Send the whole packet back (enclose the rejection notice) to USCIS with a cover letter to explain that this I-485 is based on your EB1B I-140 (enclose the copy of EB1B I-140 approval notice).

After they accept your I-485, you may request USCIS withdraw/cancel your NIW I-140 in case they mess up your case again.
