已经申请过两次AP了, AP的有效期到今年的6月份. 我是非2009年8月31号入境的,

入境官对我说,有效期是以入境时盖的章为准. 也就是说AP的有效期到2010年8月31号.
-Not true. Your AP的有效期 is still 到今年的6月份. You can not use this AP after今年的6月份.

But your parolee status 的有效期到2010年8月31号. Don't mess up. Many people were confused like you and got big trouble.


到底是不是这样呀? 有没有人经历过呀?
