1， 我们想用E-FILE同时PP, 这样的话CASE是不是就很大程度上留在TSC了？听说只有TSC可以处理E-FILE, 是这样的吗？
-Yes, most likely it is.
有没有E-FILE＋PP后CASE又被转到NSC的例子？
-Yes it is also possible, case by case really.

2， 我们准备同时FILE I-140+485+131+765, 这样的话就只能一个VO给同时审理I-140 和I-485了，是吗？
-Normally your all cases will be assigned to one IO for process.
这样速度会快很多？

3， 因为我们用PP，所以在离开美国回中国之前，I-140的结果应该早知道了，LD说即使RFE，在回中国之前也应该把RFE的材料递上去了，可I-485就很难说了，

我们想问的是象我们这样I-140 和I-485一起递的，I-140和I-485的RECEIPT是不是会一起来呀？
-Not really because they are different cases.

4， 我阅读了皮匠的博克，知道如果在提交I-485时同时交纳biometric Service fee的话，finger print 的通知会在I-485发出不久就发出来，那biometric Service fee 是多少钱？我们需要填写什么表格去交纳biometric Service fee吗？
-No extra fingerprinting fee because all the fee (Biometric, AP and EAD) are included in the I-485 filing fee ($1010).

5， 我们真是希望在回中国之前能收到fingerprint的通知呀，可万一在我们已经离开美国后，finger print 的通知才发出来，我们没办法按期去做，I-485会因此被拒吗？
-Yes unless you ask USCIS to change the schedule.

皮匠的博克说如果fingerprint 在I-485递上去120天内没有做的话，I-485就会被拒（如果我理解正确的话），因为我们在中国只待2个月，所以应该不会超出120天，

如果等我们从中国返回再做finger print ，会有问题吗？
-You need to do it on or before the date of appiontment unless you request the schdule change. But normally it is OK for you to stay in China for two months (you may not miss the appointment in such two months).

6， 我们不确定在离开美国回中国之前是否会收到AP或者绿卡（估计不可能），所以会在中国预约签证签H1B+H4. 如果我们签了H1B+H4 在中国，而I-485也在我们签证的前后批了（应该就是有绿卡了），
-I do not think you will get GC in such short period of time because the background check takes some time, especially you do not do the fingerprinting yet.
我们还可以以H1B+H4回美国吗？
-No. But you can ask someone mail the GC to you to come back.
