My question is that I only have one certified copy of my birth certificate left ( I had it on 1991 before I came to US), Can I just photocopy of original for my sister's application ? If not,wher can I get it certified in US ?
-Just bring your certified documents to the bank or any other notary public and ask the notarized person to make a copy, and write some words such as "This is the true copy of the original document" on the photocopy and then, notarize the photocopy of the document (sign and put and stamp). Then, you can send this notarized photocopy of the docuemnt with DS-230.
