How can the child get green card? Can my wife sponsor the child under Immediate Relatives of US Citizen once my wife got conditional green card if the child is still under 21?
-Yes. The mother can sponsor the kid after she gets the GC. But it may take several years for the kid to get the GC and thus, the kid may have age-out problem (>21).
