Read this in your article:
在 2007 年按七月份的排期在八月份以旧费 $395 提交的 I-485，其 AP/EAD 无论何时申请，均需单独付费。
You mean these I-485's APs, whenever applying, and no matter how many times applying, always need fee.
Is this correct? Thanks for confirming!
