谢谢863211老师的回答，那我再想问个问题是，如果E-FILE的话，学校应该怎样交费呢？

是不是将学校支票帐户的routing number and checking number写在系统里，USCIS就会从帐户中把钱提走？
-I am not sure whether it works or not. Check the efile instructions or contact USCIS. If you hire lawyer, the lawyer can pay it and then, your school pay it back to the lawyer.

如果学校想自己留个记录的话，可以写一张数额相同的支票并注明用途，然后自己保存就行了？
-After efiling, your school can print out the receipt and keep it on file.
