整个情况是这样的：

2008年申请的NIW 140，
2009年1月申请的Eb1b 140+485，2月份485已经批准，绿卡收到。485的批件上PD被relink到NIW 140的日期。

我又基于批准的485为在国内的LD申请824/consular processing,824的checklist里面
要求出具当初递交的485 form，给了。

等了一个月今天收到两个rejection，说我PD不current，且check amount不对（本来开的340刀申请824用的，给被当作485申请肯定amount不对），所以485被拒，于是824也被拒。但是485的拒件上显示的是一个新的receipt号码，把这个号码的485给拒了。
-You need to contact USCIS to correct the mistake by calling, mail and visting local office (do thiese three ways at the same time)as soon as possible. After you fix the problem, you may withdraw the NIW I-140 in case they mess up your case agin.


看来一定是遇到了顶级糊涂鬼了，误把我的824申请当作485申请了。接下来我该怎么办？
-After you contact USCIS, see what will happen. You may need to file I-485 Motion to reconsideration.


原先的485会受影响吗？
-Yes because USCIS thought they had approved your case by mistakenly.

我可以到哪里去申诉／complain？
