我该选NIW还是OUTSTANDING RESEARCHER

PhD, Mechanical Engineering
Working with a company (not research institution)
Journal paper: 5 （including 2 on chinese journals)
conference paper： 10

我不知道是申请NIW好还是OUTSTANDING RESEARCHER更合适。
