父母绿卡马上到排期，请问要给在美国出生的孩子办回国手续怎么办？谢谢！
-申请旅行证 before the parents get the GC and the kid can use 旅行证 for the travel after the parents get their GC. If the parents get their GC and the kid has no 旅行证 yet, the kid has to apply for the Chinese visa.
