we didn't get a new I-94, when we used the AP last time before AP expired.

(I don't know we can get another one even I-94 still valid).

Now the AP is expired, if we get a new AP,and get it stamped .let's say this May. It's less than one year till next Feb. Correct me if I am wrong.
-When you enter US using AP, you will get the I-94 with parolee status (noted on the I-94 and the AP by the CBP officer) at the port of entry. This parolee is valid for one year. You can use the AP to go outside US and enter US again before the AP expires to get another paolee I-94 for another one year.

Then, how to prove that she has been paroled over 1 year?
-See your parolee I-94 and the AP after you used AP.
