父母签证过期1年多，现在给他们办绿卡，

能否130、485、131（回美证131选a即RP）等一块交表？
-Yes, file the I-130 and I-485/EAD/AP together, and separate your father and mother's cases in two packets. Your aprents can not apply for RP (Reentry Permit) because RP is for GC holder. They of ocurse can apply for AP (Advanced Parole) if they file I-485, but they can not use AP for the travel if they have been unlawfully present for > 180 days or > one year. Otherwise, they will be banned to enter US for at least 6 months or ten years. So, the AP is useless in this case.
