1）逾期者不能同时申请AP（回美证）。
-He can apply for the AP as long as he files I-485 or I-485 is pending. It is irrelevant to his unlawful presence. But if he is unlawfully present more than 180 days or one year, he can not use AP for the travel. Otherwise, he will be banned to enter US within 3 years or 10 years. So, the AP is useless in this case.

2）他得到绿卡后，可以申请AP，就不再受3/10年那种限制了。
是这样吗？
-After he gets the green card, he can travel to China using the green card and his travel n就不再受3/10年那种限制了by using green card even if he had the unlawful presence > 180 days or > one year.
