如果485被拒，我的身份是什莫

140和485同时递的，已经拿到485的AP&EAD。 现在是H1B-NON-PROFIT,2011年10月到期，但是5月底就要走人，还没找到下家。 想问问如果485被据，我该拿什莫维持身份? In addition, my wife is working with F1-OPT, she will apply for non-profit H1B later, will our denied 485 affect her status?
