我已拿到新学校offer，现在工作到5月30号结束，我该什么时候开始申请h1的transfer？我担心什么gap问题。请指教。
-You can do the H1 transfer before your current job is terminated (you can do it now if you want). The procedure is the same as you file a new h1 or do h1 extension. Ask your new employer to do it for you or find a lawyer to help you.
