freshEE,谢谢答复,我知道不可以用,我相信律师说的,我的问题是

1. 如果我现在在公司内部换了一个职位,再重新办是不是可以写博士要求?我工作经验算不算？
-If your employer avertises a new position for your PERM, they can set up new job requirements including requirement of PH.D. degree.

2我们在去年五月的时候进行部门重组,因为公司被买了，老板换了,工作职能也不一样，不知道这样是不是可以写上博士要求
