刚刚收到human resource 的信， 说是我technician 的工作被terminated 了. 我现在
还在maternity leave 期间（到4月1号).总共休了2月, no payment.
1. 我这份工作只干了半年，听学校HR说工作不到1年，maternity leave 期间被layoff不受法律保护？这是真的吗？
