有一些帮父母办绿卡的初级问题。我父母现在还在中国。
刚刚收到USCIS关于父母的I130已经被批准的通知。我是现在就可以帮他们递交I485等表格，
-Your parents can not file I-485 because they are not physically present in US.

还是必须等待National Visa Center的回音才能动作啊？
-Correct. Just follow the instructions from NVC to provide the required documents. They will send you a packet soon.
