最近要从分公司到公司总部工作, 一个在纽约, 一个在新泽西, 相距大约30 英里, 我的h1 是否需要 amended 和申请新的 LCA, 如果AMEDNED, 用什么表格.
-Yes, your employer needs to file the H1 amendment. A new LCA is needed and then, file I-129. But your employer need to pay the I-129 filing fee, not other extra fee (e.g. training fee).

如果不这样做, 会有什么后果.
-If USCIS does inspection on your H1, your h1 may be revoked.

我的140 已批准, 是否要再做一遍 perm 和140,
-Depends on whether you will come back to work at your current position/location indicated in PERM after you get your GC. If yes, you do not need to do anything. If no, you may need to do it all over again. Of course, after you get your GC, you may not need to come back to work at your current location if your employer has no problem. But you need to convince USCIS that you will come back to work at the location indicated in PERM if USCIS send you RFE.
