Just an additional question: what is the difference between parolee and AOS?

3. 旧的I94被收走,新的I94上写的有效期只有一年.听说即使一年后也可以不理会这一年时间的有效期. 不知道是不是这样?
-Correct. 新的I94上写的有效期只有一年 means your status is parolee for one year. After one year, your status is not parolee, but AOS
