NIW 2005年9月底，可能很快排期就到了，但是，工作也要没有了，请问老师们，如果转成technician或者其他的title,但是还是在原来的学校，有没有 问题，就是担心有RFE.
-Because your I-485 has been filed for a long time, I guess USCIS have pre-approved your case, and just wait for teh PD to be current to issue the formal approval notice. That means USCIS normally will not send you RFE. if you receive RFE, you just ask your school (Dept. Chair, Dean or HR director) to provide a letter. You may ask your school to make some politics in the letter to meet the RFE requirement.

一般NIW RFE如果要求employment letter 的话，需要提供什么材料，一般给多久的时间准备材料？
-Normally you need to reply to the RFE within one month. Just need the employer to provide a letter and that is all.

有没有可能等真的收到信再想办法找工作，会不会来不及了?
