关于I-864的问题！谢谢！！！

我为母亲申请绿卡，但是我没有工作没有收入，先生作经济担保，我们家是我跟先生联合报税。
请问这种情况，填写I-864是需要我们夫妻俩共同签字吗？
今天收到移民局Request for Initial Evidence(I-485)信。其中有两项被打叉：
1. Form I-864 Affidavit of Support was submitted;however,it was not from the petitioner/sponsor.
Please submit a completed and signed FormI-864 for the petitioner/sponser listed on Form I-130.Even if a joint sponsor will be used, the petitioner/sponor must submit Form I-864.

2.The joint sponsor on Form I-864,Affidavit of Support, must be a United States Citizen, United States National, or Lawful Permanent Residen if the United States.
Submit evidence of the joint sponsor's status.

请问这是什么问题？
