我是美国公民，想帮我的父亲和继母办美国绿卡，我父亲的应该是没问题，
但我不知道我的继母应怎样办？
-If your father and your step-mother got married before you turned 18 years old, you can sponsor your step-mother's GC application as you do for your father. Otherwise, you can not sponosor your stepmotther's GC application.

-If you are qualified for sponsoring your stepmother, provide the following documents to USCIS for her GC application:
1. Form I-130 Petition for an Alien Relative (If you are filing for both parents, you must file a separate form for each parent.)
2. Your birth certificate (copy) showing the names of your natural parents
3. Your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship (copy) if you were not born in the United States.
4. A copy of the marriage certificate of your father to your stepmother showing that the marriage occurred before your 18th birthday.
5. A copy of any divorce decrees, death certificates, or annulment decrees to show that any previous marriage entered into by your natural or stepparent ended legally.
