-No. You have to keep your green card valid. So, you need to apply for reentry permit (RP) to travel to China if you want to stay there for > one year
我的绿卡这些年间还有效吗?
-No if you stay there more than one year without RP. Using RP, you can stay outside US for a maximum of two years.

这些年其间我需要经常回美国吗?

2. 劳工工作的公司年营业额大约15-20MIL,其中中国进口额10MIL, 都是我劳工经手采购的. 这中情况申请N470有希望吗?
-It is possible, but he still needs RP to stay in China if he will be there for more than one year.

3. 如果N470不行, 劳工要在中国工作至少5-6年, 但每年有半年时间在美国.
-Fine if he can stay in US more than 6 months each year. This also will not affect him to apply for US citizenship.

这样能靠I131保持绿卡吗? 是不是时间太长了?
-Not need RP in this case.
