What a nice article! As a successful EB1A DIY applicant (in 2007),I would like to point out DIY for EB1A is not very difficult for the applicant who has a Ph.D.degree in science or engineering. Holding a Ph.D. degree in science or engineering, you should marginally match 3 criteria for demonstrating your extraordinary ability (publications, original scientific contribution, and reviewer).
