There're 2 kinds of tickets, one if moving violation, which is associated with driver, and the other is parking violation, which goes to registered owner.

Legally those tickets above have nothing to do with you, let along your I-485. On the other hand, I don't think there is a way to go after your hu*****and, w/o his SSN.
