两周前收到I-140 approved letter, 但是今天e-mail 收到National visa center 的信，让我填写表格CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT,然后才能继续申请绿卡过程。 这样是否就是说我的将来绿卡申请过程，包括面试，都得到广州？

能否有补救措施，比如让学校老师写一封信给USCIS, 重新选I-140 PART 4.2?
-Nothing need to do with USCIS for this issue, and just file I-485 based on the approved I-140.
