答：the beneficail is my wife,she has a 15 years old daughter(she is my stepdaughter).
a half year ago, Aug.2009,we married in China, and Oct.2009 I came back to US, I want them come here soon, to apply a nonimmigrantion visa, (a citizen's wife can use Form I-129F--the local immigration officer tell me, I need filing I-130, I-134, I-129F), so I sent the above file to USCIS, the USCIS approved I-129F,I-130(for my wife) I-130 (for my stepdaughter) in 02/23/2010, and sent the case to NVC.
NVC notice me as above,that's that.
