去年底我在中国大陆拾到一个遗弃的女婴（有在公安报案证明，并已收养在家5个月了。我丈夫从大陆出国已经十多年，已入加拿大籍，现持H1B签证在美国工作。我是中国公民，持H4已多次往返中美，现仍在中国有正式工作。考虑到外籍收养小孩的复杂性和高昂的费用，就把收养手续办到我个人名下。
