我还有一个问题就是：我们在中国拿到H1B+H4 签证之后让在美国的亲戚给我们递交上I-140的办法是否可行？
-EB1B only can be filed by your spouse's employer, not by your spouse. Yes, the I-140 can be filed when you are outside U.S. But the probelm is that USCIS may consider that you will use consular processing to get your immigration visa in China because you are not physically present in U.S. Thus, USCIS may send your approved I-140 to NVC and then, send it to the US Guangzhou Consulate. So, I do not suggest you to file I-140 when you are in China.

我发现i-140 表格上要求填写VISA的类型和入关时间，还有i-94卡的信息，如果我们当时在中国的话，我们就只能填写旧的VISA的信息了，这样做行吗？
-No. You can not fill any visa type or entry information (e.g. I-94) in the I-140 when you are physically present in China. When you leave U.S., it equals to that you have never been U.S.
