另一个问题是我现在正准备EB1A的申请材料，想在4月加急递交，运气好的话4月底或5月初就可能得到140批准。如果我六月去加拿大，对我的EB1A申请有影响吗，我需要等从加拿大回来再递485吗？
-I am not sure whether use of AVR rule will hurt your pending I-485 because I did not find any lawful base to clarify this issue. You may need to discuss it with your lawyer or for the safe reason, just file the I-485 after you return to U.S from canada.
