how should I submit my I-485 and other documents

I am wrapping up all I-485 documents for myself and my wife. Since my wife and I live in different states, one in CA, and the other in TX. How should we submit the documents? Send both packages to Texas Service Center, or send one package to TSC and the other one to NSC? Thanks for your advices.
