黑下来”的人申请绿卡, 就是130，131同时交表？有人说不行，这种说法是否正确？
-If your unlwayful presence ("黑下来”) is more than 180 days or one year, you can not go out of U.S. even if you use AP, otherwise, you will be banned to enter U.S. for at least 3 years or ten years. So it is useless for you to get the AP (file I-131) in this case.
