各位大师，
本人在2008年申请的Re-Entry Permit，现在本人已经回到美国，需要将Re-Entry Permit 寄回给USCIS吗？

另外本人虽然申请了Re-Entry Permit，但在过去的两年中经常出入美国，都是用绿卡，从来没有用过Re-Entry Permit。这个会有什么问题吗？
