请教皮匠及各位老师们，I130申请

皮匠及其他各位老师，我2007年2月以绿卡身份递交配偶的I130，当时vermont的排期到2006年1月，2009年11月我们的case莫名其妙的从vermont转到了texas，从网上查Texas处理速度5个月，本来还很高兴，可最近刚查到，texas的I130突然倒退到2005年7月，而vermont这时I130排期已经到了2007年3月。自己查case status是在initial review，不知我们的case到底在什么阶段，问什么给转到texas了呢，这种情况还有其他办法申请转回Vermont吗？H1年底就要到期了，公民申请还要等到7月份，还想暑假时回国的，急呀，下一步该怎么办呀？先谢谢了。
