各位大侠，在美国境内转F1的生效日期是I-20的开学日期还是USCIS make decision的日期？学校ISO人说是decision date,是这样么？
-You should indicate the effective date on the Form I-539 (Application to change/extend non-immigration status ) so that USCIS will indicate this effective date on the F1 Approval Notice. So, check your F1 approval notice to find the effective date.
