04年8月来美，h4,劳工08年12月递交了niw140,09年6月批准。申请h1,h4延期至2012年6月。

如果我现在申请h1b,是否有h4+h1=6年的限制？
-No. H1 has 6 years and H4 has another 6 year limit. Total H1 + H4 can be 12 years, not affect each other.
如果那样，是不是会悲剧？
